Name, email, phone, pickup and delivery addresses, move date, and items being moved. Payment card data is collected by Stripe — we never see or store it.

To provide the removal service you book, send booking confirmations and follow-ups, and comply with our legal obligations.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, or erasure of your data by emailing our contact address. We retain booking data for 36 months after your last booking unless we have a legal obligation to retain it longer.
